Who can join the program?
Any individual aged 18 years and above can join the program. There are no registration fees or hidden costs involved.
How do I register for the program?
Simply fill out the Google Form available on our website. Once submitted, our team will contact you to guide you through the next steps.
What is the minimum order commitment?
You only need to meet the minimum order quantity to make a purchase. There are no ongoing commitments.
How do I place an order?
Place your order by submitting an Excel form indicating the products you want. Afterward, WhatsApp the payment receipt to us for confirmation.
How do I confirm my payment?
After making a bank transfer, WhatsApp your payment receipt to us for verification.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping fees are borne by agents. However, if there is a stock delay, the shipping cost for the subsequent shipment will be covered by us.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders will be shipped out within 3–5 working days after payment is received and confirmed. If there is a stock issue, the goods will be included in the next shipment.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Products can be returned if they are in their original packaging and condition, accompanied by a receipt. Notify our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. Take pictures and videos during unboxing to assist with the verification process. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after confirmation of the returned goods.
How can I resolve complaints or disputes?
Send an email to our customer service team at order@bebee.asia. We aim to resolve complaints efficiently and promptly.
Is there any training provided for agents?
Yes, product training is offered through online video tutorials. No certification is provided upon completion.
